Any misuse of the Site or our content could result in legal action. We reserve the right to notify government authorities in extreme matters.

If you submit content to us, such as comments or through site feedback, you are giving us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use that content in the following ways: distributing, modifying, transmitting, copying, storing and displaying.
Any ideas you submit for improvement of the Site or our services are assigned to us. You agree that we have to liability to you for putting those ideas into practice.
If a third party has concerns about copyrighted content, they may notify us with a takedown notice in writing that must include the following:
- Sufficient contact information

We are based in North Carolina. These terms and any issues that arise from your use of the Site fall under the laws of Raleigh, North Carolina. The only permissible venues for any disputes that may arise are the state and federal courts that would have geographical jurisdiction over our office location.
